Just The Facts

This will be short and sweet until we return to Portland where the internet connection is more reliable.
The drunk driver was found guilty on all 11 counts.
7 counts of reckless endangerment
1 count reckless driving
1 count giving false ID to police
1 count DUI
and one doozy of a count- 2nd degree assault on moi

He will serve a mandatory 70 months in jail for the 2nd degree assault, no time out for good behavior. The other 10 counts may be served concurrently, or consecutively. We won't know until Jan 23 when the sentenceing occures. We will not return for that, they will call us and let us know the outcome.
